This was the Blog of Room 16 at Pt England School in 2009. We were a Year 5 class in the eastern suburbs of Auckland New Zealand. We used this blog to share our learning journey in 2009. Hey Tyler what a great piece of story you wrote here i really like it ,it is pretty interesting i thought to that Mr Palmer was the funniest teacher.

ReplyDeleteIt was another great Immmersion Assembly wasn't it! You're right the smells from the barbecue had wafted outside to greet us. It really made my mouth water.

Hi there Tyla. Yes wasn't it a fun way to start our final term for the year. Mr Burt and our team of teachers certainly know how to hook us into our new theme for the term. So did you manage to get a sausage or chicken wing. I know that I tried to - but Mr Burt reminded us it was for the kids. Keep working hard Tyla.
